Arcadis have offered women's PPE for a decade.

What women's specific PPE is available?

Arcadis offers a range of safety boots, and high visibility clothing (including trousers, polo shirts, sweatshirts and coveralls). In addition to this, Arcadis also offers a variety of sizes and styles of safety glasses (including prescription specific), gloves and hard hats.

How is the PPE procured?

Staff choose their preferred PPE items to be purchased, and can have it delivered to an address of their choice.

“It’s important to say that Arcadis aren’t resting on our laurels and continue to develop the PPE offer to be inclusive for all employees. This is still an area of focus, both in the SER team and in the wider business, as there are still elements of PPE provision which still present challenges such as inclusive sizing ranges and access to some types of PPE which have limited ranges for women.”
